SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

In case of discrepancy in PESO-related details submitted, order(s) may be cancelled. 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be charged on actuals on the final invoice. 

Estimated delivery time for all orders is 5-10 working days.

 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors at the end of delivery partners.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Whatsapp. You can track the shipment through tracking link.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
Certain products may be restricted in some regions due to legal or safety regulations.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos for further action.
